Enhydra RPO is designed around a simple premise: the service needs your photos long enough to process them, and nothing longer. There are no user accounts, no advertising networks, no analytics cookies, and no mechanism by which your files could be viewed, retained, or used for any purpose other than producing the output you requested. This page explains exactly what happens to your data from the moment you upload to the moment the job is done.
If you have a question this page does not answer, the factual scope of what we handle is intentionally narrow — which is itself the answer to most privacy questions about this service.
Photos you upload are written to a temporary job folder on the server. From that point, all processing is fully automatic — software reads the files, applies the tools you configured, and writes the results. No human views your uploads. No staff has a workflow or incentive to look at them. There is no moderation queue, no manual review, and no path by which uploaded content surfaces to anyone other than the automated processing pipeline.
After the job completes, files are scheduled for automatic deletion. Completed jobs are deleted within approximately 30 minutes. Jobs that were started but never finished — for example, if you closed the browser before downloading — are cleaned up within 60 minutes. Deletion runs on a fixed timer regardless of whether the output was downloaded. There is no manual delete button because it is not needed: the timer runs without any action on your part.
Your photos are never published, shared with third parties, sold, used for machine learning or AI training, or retained in any backup system. The temporary job folder is the only place they exist on our infrastructure, and it is gone on schedule.
Two lightweight preferences are saved locally in your browser: your interface language and your chosen color theme. These are stored using the browser's built-in local storage and a small cookie. They exist solely to restore your preferences when you return — they are never transmitted to any analytics platform, advertising network, or third-party service. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's local storage and cookies for this site. The service works fully without them; they affect only cosmetic preferences.
There are no third-party tracking scripts, no pixels, no session-recording tools, and no advertising identifiers on any page of this service.
The server records short-lived technical logs containing timestamps, HTTP response codes, and anonymized request paths. These logs are used exclusively to monitor uptime, identify errors, and diagnose infrastructure problems. They do not contain photo content, original filenames, IP addresses in retained form, or any information that would allow reconstruction of what you processed. Log retention is short and governed by operational necessity only.
